Excellent customer service by Herlinda the pharmacy tech during my visit on Friday 11/06/2020. The pharmacist Bazhenia was also very professional and took out time to address my needs and answered all my questions. She also guided me through ordering a vitamin supplement online which they did not have in the pharmacy. This is a great pharmacy to use. That was my first time with them and they have won me over. Keep up the great job!!!!

Concierge Pharmacy is unlike any other Pharmacy I have been to. It’s very proactive, they called me in advance to tell me my prescription was ready and put many coupons towards it to bring the price of the drug down. I will be going back for sure. Also, the customer experience was very friendly and lively environment with good music playing in the background and friendly associates.

Best experience with a pharmacy yet. I'm middle age so that is a long period to go without expericing the exceptional service that I received with Concierge Pharmacy. The pharmacist and staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! It's like having a personal consultant for your pharmacy needs. The prices for medicines are the most affordable. Especially if your insurance will not cover, and you are required to pay out of pocket. Thank you everyone at Concierge Pharmacy.

Wow, what can I say.. Crew was on the ball. I recieved a phone call to confirm that they received a prescription and needed to verify my information, then within a couple days another call to see if I would like to pick it up or have it delivered to my home for FREE.. amazing job. I got it the next day. So pleased with this pharmacy! Kind and fast, what more could you ask for. I'm looking forward to working with them in the near future... thank you Concierge!

Excellent Service I love this PHARMACY ! ! ! Everyone is so nice and Serena the Pharmacist is very patient, focused, knowledgeable, and kind. They help me find the best deals / coupons for some of my prescriptions. They call and remind me when my prescriptions needs to be refilled and keep my prescriptions organized. They also deliver!!! I

I had never had a great experience picking up my meds until I came here. Not only are they nice to you, they make sure to give you the best price on your meds, & offer delivery. I’d recommend anyone who has had issues with CVS like I did try coming here.

They have a wonderful customer support. Every person I spoke with was very considerate, kind and VERY PATIENT. Sounded to me they were willing to hear my problem and tried to settle my concern at my convenient way. They also gave me a steep discount for my drag through a MFR coupon or so. If they did not give me that coupon, my payment would have been over $100/m for the next 9 months (it came down to $25/m). OMG, it was wonderful! Also, more amazing thing was that I physically received my first order within 20 hours even though I ordered after 6PM on the order day. Well, my delivery location was kind of local (25 miles away from there) though; I did not expect that much fast delivery. Thank you all so much! You guys are the best! Highly recommended!

Everyone I've talked to has been so kind, detail-oriented, and efficient. Rae was so helpful and on it during an insurance road block and was really reassuring during a pretty suspenseful situation. Thank you for all your hard work and patience!
